BOOKING POLICY:

 

A deposit is required as soon as you would like to schedule a time/date for your photo shoot. All deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balance of all payments must be paid in full the day before your photo shoot.  All payments are non-refundable. If there are any delays longer than 15 minutes in the shoot starting time on your behalf or anyone that's a part of the shoot, there will be an additional fee of $50. If you need to reschedule I must be notified at least 72 hours prior and you can reschedule your shoot within 30 days. If you fail to notified our company, your deposit will be forfeited and you won't be able to reschedule.  If you fail to reschedule your photo shoot within 30 days , you forfeited your deposit or any payments received. If the shoot is at an outside location that's open to the public then you won't be required to pay the rebooking fee. If the shoot was set at a studio or special location, the rebooking fee will be 30% of the package price.  If your shoot goes over your session time then you are responsible for paying the photographer an hourly rate of $75. 

 

Shoots labeled as "Special" may not be rescheduled nor may the funds be used towards another service in the future. 

General

  • We require full payment for prints and products at the end of your ordering session (via cash, check, or credit). No order will be designed or submitted until paid in full. 

  • Online galleries will be available for 1 week and a $25 dollar charge will apply for every additional week. 

  • Please report any damages due to shipping to us within 24 hours of receiving your item or we can not guarantee a correction or replacement. 

  • Printed items will take up to two weeks for delivery. Please allow 3-4 weeks for all customer products such as albums and canvases. 

  • If you arrive late to a session in will result in the loss of time to get the best images possible. 

  • Mini sessions are offered at a low rate because I photograph all sessions with a tight schedule.

  • If you are late for your time slot, I will use the remainder of the time to try and capture the best images. If you are so late that you miss your session time, your payment is forfeited and you can not reschedule. 

Rescheduling/cancellation

  • If you prefer to cancel your session, you may pay a cancellation fee of $50.

Digitals

  • Please back up all digital copies of your photographs. We recommend an external hard drive or flash drive. 

  • Lena Allure Photography will make every effort to retain your files for up to 6 months from the date of your session All print orders made by you or family members should be placed during this period.

Portrait sessions

  • We will not reserve a date or time without payment.

  • Lena Allure Photography strives to have your portraits ready to view within 2 weeks after your session. However, due to the level of attention we provide to your images, your wait may be longer. Additionally during our peak season (April-August it can be up to 6 weeks.) We appreciate your patience!

Weddings & events

  • A deposit of 50% of your quoted coverage fee is due immediately to reserve your event date, along with your signed contract. We will not reserve a date or time without BOTH your payment and the signed contract. The remainder of your full balance is due no later than 2 weeks before your event date. 

  • You may choose your print items at our in-person ordering session, and must pay for these items IN FULL immediately, before any order will be made. 

  • You are responsible for a minimum print order of $200, in addition to the cost of your wedding day coverage.

  • Lena Allure Photography strives to have your event images ready to view and order within 6-8 weeks after your event date. However, due to the level of attention we provide to your images, your wait may be longer. We appreciate your patience!

COVID RESTRICTIONS: The number of guests should be limited to (2) people; that includes you and one additional guest. The only exception is if the shoot being conducted is a family shoot.
